Cancellation

At this time, we're unable to offer cancellations. However, we can modify your order or provide you with a credit note for the full value of your purchase. This credit can be used on any product in our webshop and is valid for six months from the date of issue.

Exchange & Refund

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us at info@almafive.com within 15 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and photos of the damage.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or replacements. 

Delivery

Depending on the piece, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days depending on the location and the order.Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you need expedited shipping, please reach out to us at info@almafive.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

For made to order pieces, our design and production team requires 30 working days to craft your piece. Delivery time then ranges depending on your location.

Lost or stolen packages

We do not cover lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by our trusted courier partner. To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your address and contact details are accurate. 

Customs and duties for international shipping

Customs duties are not included in our international shipping fees. Some countries may charge additional taxes, fees, or duties when goods are imported. These charges are determined at the point of entry and must be paid by the customer before the package can be received.

Damage

We take great care in crafting and packaging our pieces to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If, however, your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 3-5 working days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Repair Process

For damage claims, contact us at info@almafive.com Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return damaged items. We will cover shipping for the repaired item.

Usage Damage

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear (e.g., clasps, stones) can be repaired within two weeks of receipt. Shipping costs for these returns are also the customer's responsibility.

Personalized Items

Customized jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Location Specific

Assistance for returns, exchanges, or repairs is only available for purchases made in the country of purchase
